Those who have yet to find their favorite Galaxy handset from Samsung may want to wait a bit more as the company plans to launch an interesting smartphone, the Galaxy Baffin.

The folks over at Engadget have just spotted the unannounced Samsung SHV-E270 at FCC (Federal Communication Commission). The smartphone appears as Samsung Baffin in the documents filed at the regulatory organization.

Aside from the fact the it comes with LTE support, little is known about the Samsung Baffin from the FCC documents, but the handset has been previously spotted in GLBenchmark with a 1.4 GHz processor and WVGA display that supports 800 x 480 pixels resolution.

There were also reports that Samsung plans to launch a smartphone with a large 5-inch display and low resolution aimed at seniors. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
