Samsung Focus, one of the Windows Phone 7-based smartphones that landed in Canada in November last year, is now available for purchase from Best Buy for free, upon the signing of a contract agreement with wireless carrier Rogers.

Rogers is the company that brought the Focus to Canada, and those who might have wanted to purchase the device but were discouraged by its price tag have now the possibility to acquire it for free from the aforementioned retailer.

But this is not all, as Best Buy also has a special promotion for users who are interested in this device: a “free $50 Gift Card with activation - in store only.”

In other words, when purchasing the new smartphone from Best Buy with the activation of a contract agreement with Rogers, users would receive $50 in the form of a gift card, which makes the deal even more appealing that it already was.

“Touch the 4" AMOLED screen to access every photo, video, contact, and song you've got, and use the 5MP camera, built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology to enrich every moment on the go,” the wireless carrier continues.
