14 DAY TRIAL // One of the most popular Android devices offered by Sprint, the Samsung Epic 4 Touch has just received a small software update.
Software version D710.10S.FI27 is now available for download OTA (over the air), in stages. This means that not all Samsung Epic 4G Touch owners will receive the update at the same time.
The maintenance update includes two important bug fixes and a new feature. The Galaxy Epic 4G Touch owners will notice that the VPN access over 3G has been fixed after installing this update.
In addition, the MSN send/receive over 3G has been fixed as well. Last but not least, the minor update adds the ability to edit internal out of office messages on Email.
It appears that the battery percentage turns off after the update is installed, so make sure you turn it back on if you want to keep track of your battery drainage.
