Even though it isn’t even up for sale, it is getting cheaper

We informed you all of the EX2F Wi-Fi-enabled camera back at the beginning of the month, and now we have some more good news.

Even though Samsung hasn't started shipping the item yet, and, thus, doesn't have sales figures to base its decision on, the company has decided on a new price.

Instead of $549 (€435), the hardware and consumer electronics device maker will reportedly want $499 / €406, give or take.

August is when availability will ramp up, so make sure you have enough cash or credit when, and if, you figure you want to try it out.

As a reminder, EX2F has a 12.4-megapixel CMOS sensor, f/1.4-2.7 lens (24-79mm), a 3-inch AMOLED display and a magnesium body. Its main advantage over common point-and-shoot cameras is the ability to post photos on social networking sites directly.
