Samsung Electronics announced today the release of two new fashion mobile phones targeted for girls and women, enlarging its feminine handset line-up. The South Korean producer offers a special attention to its female customers and keeps on releasing fashion devices for them. After Samsung Lilly E420 and Samsung SCH-C220 that hit the market last year, now we have two other feminine phones that will be released in February, just in time for Valentine's Day (gentlemen, prepare your wallets).

The new handsets are named Samsung L310 and Samsung L320 (or Samsung SGH-L310 and Samsung SGH-L320) and come in stylish clamshell forms specially designed to suit women's fashion needs. Samsung L310 measures 93 x 44 x 17.9 millimeters and comes in black and gold with fancy patterns that offer a refined look, while Samsung L320 is a bit thicker, at 89 x 45.5 x 23.5 millimeters, has a smoothly curved design and comes dressed in vivid nuances of blue. The L320 model also has a 176 x 16 pixels hidden OLED display.

Both Samsung L310 and Samsung L320 are packed with unique applications that will surely appeal to women and girls: a shopping list that allows you to add and edit items you bought or want to buy (images, prices and quantity can be added and edited), a calories consumption calculator, and a fragrance type feature that can suggest your suitable fragrance based on your favorite food or drinks. Furthermore, both handsets offer tri-band GSM connectivity, EDGE, GPRS, 2 Megapixel camera, Music Player, Bluetooth 2.0 and microSD card support - not bad considering the fact that the phones are created firstly to attract with their looks.

Samsung L310 will first be available in Russia and Hungary for a retail price of about 240 Euro ($350), while Samsung L320 will go to Russia and other CIS countries for around 220 Euro ($320). After February 2008, other European markets will follow.
