A two-way ruling determines that Samsung did, indeed, infringe Apple's patent

The lawsuit in San Jose, California is waiting on the Jury to give its verdict, but other countries have already reached a decision.

Long story short, a Seoul, South Korea court ruled that Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet and the Galaxy S II and Nexus phones do, indeed, infringe on one or more Apple patents.

Thus, Samsung will, henceforth, not be allowed to sell them on South Korean soil, which is ironic because South Korea is the company's home market.

That said, the IT player will also have to pay a fine of $22,000, or 17,500 Euro, give or take. The amount is so small, though, that won't even register as a loss.

Apple, too, got a financial flick on the forehead and a ban on a couple of devices, but we will cover that separately.
