A new Samsung mobile phone has been recently spotted into the wild, this time wandering through FCC's courtyard, the Samsung B5100. The new handset, which will come to the market running under the Symbian S60 operating system, hasn't been announced just yet, but a series of details regarding its specifications have already made it to the Internet.

According to the news, the handset should come to the market with a QVGA display (details on the size of the screen are unknown at the moment), a 3-megapixel photo snapper with LED flash, a built-in GPS receiver, as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and HSDPA support, when it comes to the connectivity options it packs inside.

In addition, the newly spotted Samsung B5100 is also reported to come along with a microSD memory card, as well as with DivX support. The exterior design of the handset seems appealing as well, with a metal back cover that resembles the one in Samsung i7110. All in all, the specs look rather decent for a smartphone, though they pale when compared to high-end similar devices.

The new Symbian S60 mobile phone does not seem to include anything outstanding, yet it might come to the market featuring a rather affordable price tag. For the time being, these are the only details available on the handset, yet more should surface in the near future, especially since it has just passed through FCC, so stay tuned to learn more details on it as soon as they become available.

In related news, we learn that the Samsung S8000 Jet, included in the new Samsung Cubic project, has been spotted in the wild in a leaked video. The phone sports a large AMOLED display and comes with a “snappy user interface,” but it seems that it won't come with Android, as previously reported. Take a look at what it has to offer.
