If you were wondering what could possibly be added to TVs to make them even smarter, Samsung has the answer: motion control support.

Microsoft started a real chain reaction when it launched the Kinect. Even though games with support for it aren't many, the concept has garnered quite a bit of Steam.

The latest development related to this type of technology comes from Samsung.

In order to make its best smart TVs stand out, the company will build motion control support into them.

Voice control will be part of the feature set too, although it will depend on accent and language spoken.

We've embedded a sort of demo video of the idea, such as it is, up there, so check it out. We'll be in this other corner, gushing over something much better.
