The smartphone packs a 4-inch screen, 1GHz dual-core processor

One of the latest Samsung smartphones to have landed on shelves at retailers in India was the Galaxy Trend Duos, a device currently available for purchase in the country via Samsung’s own e-Store as well.

The handset can be seen on this page on the company’s website with a price tag of Rs. 8,700 ($140 / €103) attached to it.

It is available for purchase in Midnight Black, with a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen display, and with a 1GHz dual-core processor inside, paired with 512MB of RAM.

The smartphone also features 4GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, and a 1600mAh battery inside.

Galaxy Trend Duos runs under Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and offers support for two SIM cards at the same time. It comes with a customized UI with support for Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Telegu, and Tamil.
