The Samsung D600 is one of the best selling phones in the market with over 2 million sold since its launch. Samsung wants to add DMB (Digital Media broadcasting) to its D600 model, targeting the customers in Korea.

DMB, or Digital Media Broadcasting, is a technology that allows you to watch live video on the go. This will make the
Samsung D600 the slimmest phone with DMB.

The D600 slider is a Quad Band with a large 256k color display of 240 x 320 pixels, a 2 megapixel camera with Flash and video recording. In case you don't want to watch TV live on your phone, the D600 has a TV-out so you can connect directly into your home TV. In addition, it has 72 MB of memory, a microSD slot, an email client, Java for games and applications, EDGE and GPRS.

The phone will be available exclusively in Korea at first and will be sold as the Samsung SCH B630. The SCH-B630 is made for SK Telecom and will be commercially available in 2006.
