The smartphone is available through multiple leading retailers

Samsung’s Windows Phone flagship smartphone, the ATIV S has finally arrived in Germany. The device was slightly delayed a few times due to unknown reasons, but the South Korean company had overcome all issues and launched the handset.

The folks at WPCentral have just learned Samsung ATIV S is available in Germany through several major retailers, including Amazon, Buyer, Getmobile, Computeruniverse and others.

Customers in Germany can purchase the ATIV S for around €470/$635 off contract, from any of the authorized resellers mentioned earlier.

Samsung ATIV S is powered by Windows Phone 8 and comes equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, an Adreno 225 GPU and 1GB of RAM.

It also packs 16GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). Check out the full specs of Samsung ATIV S here.
