At the end of October, wireless carriers in the United States went official with their plans for Windows Phone 8 devices, announcing their intent to add to their offerings the newly announced HTC, Nokia and Samsung smartphones.
Among them, Verizon Wireless
unveiled plans to add the Nokia Lumia 822 and Windows Phone 8X by HTC to its lineup, and also said that a certain
Samsung ATIV Odyssey would be launched on its network in December.
