Samantha Harris is 36 years old, mother to a 2-year-old daughter and with a schedule so busy that one can’t inevitably wonder how she can still make the time to see to her figure. This happens because working out is essential for the television star, not only because it helps her stay in shape, but because it makes her feel good as well, How Celebrities Lose Weight writes, citing past interviews with Harris.

Harris gave birth to her daughter in 2007 and managed to bounce back in shape shortly after the happy event. Her post-pregnancy weight loss had very much to do with the things she did while pregnant, the star reveals, as well as with her outlook on working out and eating healthy. For instance, Harris says, she didn’t stop working out while with child because that would have lead to more extra pounds.

So she continued to hit the gym regularly, the only change she made to her routine being that she only did lower intensity exercises and always under the supervision of a doctor. Because of this, she did not gain that much weight and, therefore, did not have to put in too much of an effort afterwards, after she gave birth. Still, Harris is the first to admit that she works out a lot, whenever she gets the chance, to look as good as she does now.

“Samantha Harris shared that she is fond of doing weight exercise with free weights and actually takes fitness and weight loss classes when she has the time. She usually does repetition routines with three or five pound weights. Samantha Harris also does flat pull downs and flies as part of her weight loses programs. She is also fond of doing power walks in the park or up and down the stairs while carrying Josselyn and she does this a lot with her husband. This activity – walking to lose weight – that she shares with her love one has been very encouraging and motivating for her and is her biggest weight loss support,” HCLW says.

As for her diet, Harris reveals that she loves to cook but rarely has the time to do so. To make the best of both worlds, she learned a couple of easy recipes of healthy foods and sticks to them, only straying when she has more spare time on her hands.
