It seems like Brad Pitt has gained a brother.
The Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright-actor Sam Shephard (Stealth) has joined the cast of Warners Brothers' The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The "Stealth" star will play outlaw Frank James, elder brother of Jesse James (Brad Pitt) in the movie directed by Andrew Dominik (Chopper) from a screenplay by Ron Hansen, based on his novel. Jesse James began filming this week in Canada.
Sam Shepard, who will next be seen in "Walker", has also joined the cast of "Bandidas", starring Penélope Cruz, Salma Hayek and Steve Zahn.
