The third man arrested in the attack on an SUV driver in NYC last week has prior arrests on gun and drug related charges, reports say.

According to NY Post, 37-year-old Reginald Chance was arrested 21 times before. The latest arrest was in April, when he was detained while selling pot near a school, while having a weapon on him.

The gun charge was dropped and he was only tried for pot possession. He was convicted of a misdemeanor and he served 20 days of community service, also being on probation for a year.

He is now accused of breaking the windows of a Range Rover in order for his fellow bikers to get driver Alexian Lien out. He has been indicted for gang-assault as well as assault.
