SPB Software, the mobile software developer behind the popular SPB Mobile Shell app, has just announced the availability of its SPB Time application for iPhone. Initially launched on Windows Mobile platform more than six years ago, SPB Time is a time management application that helps users wake up.

In addition to its obvious time management functionality, the application features a skinnable time toolset with lots of useful features and an eye-candy user interface.

Users have the possibility to choose from a wide range of analog and digital clocks with more than 50 skins available in the built-in online catalog.

Customization is another strong point of SPB Time, as the clock appearance, hands, digits, alarm icons, as well as the background are highly customizable. More functions added by the developer include: World timer, stopwatch, calendar and moon phases.

No doubt that everyone who owns a handset has used the phone's alarm function to wake up or to set a reminder for a scheduled meeting. With SPB Time users can have both at the same time, as the application offers the choice of multiple alarms.

The application features alarms for all types of sleepers. Along with classic alarm that has over 20 tunes, it also includes the Bio and Paranoid alarms.

The Bio alarm is for users who prefer a soft way of waking up, while the Paranoid alarm is intended for those who consider the regular alarm too weak to wake them up.

It looks like, users who opt for the paranoid mode of the alarm will have to solve a certain puzzle, as the alarm won't stop until it's done correctly.

SPB Time is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad devices running iOS 3.0 or newer and requires 10.1 MB storage space. The application can be downloaded from Softpedia.
