Although the demand for desktop PCs is slowing each day, system vendors such as iBUYPOWER are committed to provide their customers with a choice for a high-end desktop PC that can be used for gaming applications and the latest performance-demanding applications. The most recent product to be rolled out by the El Monte, California-based system vendor is built on the performance capabilities of Intel's latest Nehalem-based Core i7 processors and comes in a small-form factor chassis. The LAN
Warrior is ready to provide users with support for up to 12GB of triple-channel memory and a massive 1000W power supply, all for your high-performance and overclocking enthusiasm.

“We designed the LAN Warrior for gamers that need more power than a gaming laptop can provide,” said Darren Su, vice president of iBUYPOWER. “With the space for 2 dual-slot video cards and a liquid cooled Intel Core i7 Processor, the LAN Warrior is just as powerful as systems twice its size.”

The latest Core i7-base LAN Warrior SFF gaming rig from iBUYPOWER is built inside a sleek NZXT Rogue chassis, which comes with three 120mm ventilation fans, for an optimum cooling performance. This case also offers a number of features that make the installation of the system easier and more convenient. These features include the front side-positioned eSATA, audio-out, card reader and two USB ports, as well as the system's removable power supply unit and motherboard tray.

As far as performance goes, the LAN Warrior is said to be capable of housing up to 12GB of triple-channel memory, 6TB of storage space, two NVIDIA GTX 295 or ATI Radeon 4870X2 graphics cards and a 1000W PSU, all installed on one of the latest Core i7-supporting boards on the market, the ASUS Rampage II Gene. Prices start at just $999, but they will probably get a lot higher if you want to beef up the system's performance.
