The Gladiator star and Hollywood extremely handsome actor, Russell Crowe, has made a serious threat to insistent photographers who hassle his pregnant wife.

Russell promised to "tar and feather" any photographer who disturbs Danielle Spencer's tranquility, as the beautiful blonde singer and actress will give birth to the couple's second baby.

Danielle is to give birth to a sister or brother for her two-year-old son, Charlie, this year, in July. Her husband is taking good care of her, as he believes that paparazzi were guilty for the premature birth of Charlie.

The Oscar-winner Crowe has already sent out a warning to photographers saying that "Dani was three weeks early last time, she gave birth just a few days after she was chased down the street by four photographers. Nobody cares, particularly the photographers, nobody cares to focus on what that is. She was just walking down the street with her girlfriend and they rushed her - four of them all surrounded her. So she panicked and slipped and all this sort of stuff. If I'd been there that would have been a really serious situation. I tell you right now, they will be tarred and feathered if they hassle my pregnant wife again."

Russell, who's a very committed husband to his wife and has a happy family life, is also very successful in his acting career. Since "Gladiator", the actor has played only in big success movies, as "Proof of Life". "A Beautiful Mind", "Cinderella Man" and now is waiting for the post-production of "A Good Year" to get finished.
