It looks like Bell won’t be the only Canadian carrier to offer the Samsung Galaxy Rugby this month. We’ve got more info that might indicate Rogers plans to launch the smartphone as well.

The guys over at MobileSyrup have been tipped on the upcoming release of the Galaxy Rugby at Rogers, along with full details on its pricing options.

Apparently, this rugged Android smartphone will be available for as low as $49.99 CAD with a new three-year agreement. Customers who do not want to commit to a long-term contract will have to shell out $279.99 for the Galaxy Rugby.

Rogers has two more pricing options for the Galaxy Rugby: $99.99 CAD with a new two-year plan or $149.99 on a one-year term.

According to the leaked document, Samsung Galaxy Rugby will be available on the $40 CAD promotional plan.

There are no details on the phone’s exact launch date, but previous rumors point to an April 11 release at Bell Canada, so we can speculate that Rogers would want to add the Galaxy Rugby to its portfolio as fast as possible.

Even if Rogers doesn’t release the smartphone on the same date as Bell, there’s a high chance that the Galaxy Rugby will hit shelves on the carrier’s airwaves around that timeframe.

For the time being, we know that the rugged Samsung Galaxy Rugby is dust and water resistant and that the 3.65-inch capacitive touchscreen display (480 x 320 pixels resolution) features Corning Gorilla Glass coating.

The insides of the phone are far from being impressive, as the phone is equipped with a low performance 800 MHz single core processor. There is no info on the amount of memory yet, but it’s likely to come with microSD card slot for memory expansion.

There’s also a 3.2-megapixel rear photo snapper, a secondary VGA front facing camera for video calls, as well as Wi-Fi and GPS.
