When it comes to musical preferences, people seem to split in two different groups, those who don't care if the music is live or not and those who think nothing sounds better than a live performance, the latter having a reason to rejoice since Baeblemusic has just announced they have extended their reach with integrated channels on both the Roku and Boxee platforms.

Thanks to this move, Roku and Boxee Box owners can now access Baeble's library of exclusive full-length concerts, in-house sessions, and video interviews from both up and coming and established artists, a wide selection of content being available for viewing at their discretion.

According to Baeblemusic, all the content will be available for streaming in HD, although the company doesn't state if they are talking about 1080p or 720p resolutions.

“Baeble already has a TV show, but the linear model isn't at the heart of what we do. Baeble is about demand; all of our shows, whenever you want them,” said Baeble’s CEO, David Moffly.

“That's why we've focused on next generation entertainment providers Boxee and Roku to bring the company’s library from the web to your home entertainment center in one easy step.

All of our library, including full concerts, can be seen where you want them – on your computer or on your television,” concluded Mr. Moffly.

According to the press release, this new channel is available right now, Baeble also saying this is only a first step for them in the on-demand streaming world, the company's goal being to become “ubiquitous across next generation television platforms,” as they perceive this to be the future of home entertainment.

This leads me to believe that we will most certainly see more of Baeble in the not so distant future, especially considering all those streaming solutions that are available out there.
