14 DAY TRIAL // Good news for Lumia 1020 owners in Canada who purchased their smartphones through TELUS and/or Rogers, as the Nokia Lumia Black software update is now available for their devices.
The Finnish company has just confirmed that both carriers have approved the newly announced update for Nokia Lumia 1020, so owners may want to manually check for it by going to Settings / Phone update.
Nokia adds that Lumia 920, 620 and 520 will also receive the Lumia Black update in Canada at both Rogers and TELUS carriers. However, for the time being, the update for these particular devices is waiting for the carriers' approval.
There's no timeframe for the release of the highly anticipated upgrade, but Nokia announced that it might take several weeks for it to arrive on all compatible Lumia smartphones, so stay tuned for more on this.
