Bad news for Rogers customers who own the Sony Xperia T as the carrier recently confirmed the long-awaited Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update has been delayed.

As MobileSyrup points out, the Jelly Bean upgrade for Xperia T has been initially slated for a late February release, but Rogers moved the launch of the update to early March.

Well, given the fact that we're now in early March, we can expect the update to arrive within the next few days.

Unfortunately, Rogers claims the schedule of the OS releases are tentative dates, so they may be changed without notice. However, we will keep an eye out on this one so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.

In the same piece of news, Samsung Galaxy Note is now expected to receive an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update in mid-March.
