Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G in Canada about three months ago with Android 3.1 Honeycomb on board.

However, the Korean handset manufacturer decided to push the latest Android 3.2 Honeycomb update to Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G units that were purchased via Rogers.

Although the tablet is currently available from multiple carriers, including TELUS, Bell, SaskTel and Virgin Mobile, for the time being, Samsung only offers this update for Rogers customers.

To update simply select Apps from the home screen, then click Setting and About device. Select Update to check for the software update.

Samsung’s installation guide also mentions that you will need to select Canada from the country list and log in to your Samsung account, or create one. As soon as the software is updated, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G will reboot itself.
