The smartphone is expected to arrive in stores on February 14

Rogers customers who wanted to make sure they will be among the first to get the Samsung Galaxy Note and made a pre-order via the carrier's Online Reservation System will be happy to know that they are about to receive their devices.

According to the guys over at MobileSyrup, Rogers sent an update to all those who used its Online Reservation System to pre-order the Galaxy Note to let them know that the shipping process has begun.

This means that they should receive their Galaxy Note devices a few days ahead of the official release on the market. Samsung Galaxy Note is expected to hit shelves at Rogers, Bell and TELUS on February 14.

Rogers customers will be able to purchase the Galaxy Note starting next week for a whopping $699.99 (530 EUR) no-term price, or for as low as $199.99 (150 EUR) with a new three-year agreement.

Other pricing options offered by Rogers for Galaxy Note include the following prices: $649.99 (495 EUR) on a 1-year term and $599.99 with a new two-year contract.

Rogers announced its customers they can reserve the Samsung Galaxy Note via Online Reservation System about two weeks ago. However, the carrier did no unveil any details on the exact release date of the smartphone at that time.

The largest smartphone ever released by Samsung, Galaxy Note had a glamorous launch event in the United States, as the Korean company decided to air the phone's ad during Super Bowl. This was the first time that Samsung pays for advertising during Super Bowl.

To recap, the Galaxy Note is a a smartphone /tablet hybrid that runs Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform with TouchWiz user interface on top. The phablet packs a 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 16GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion.
