Rogers Debuts Doro PhoneEasy 612 Clamshell for Seniors

Canadian carrier Rogers has quietly added the Doro PhoneEasy 612 feature-phone to its portfolio. The handset is now available for purchase for only $9.99 CAD with a new two-year agreement.

Additionally, the phone can be acquired for $74.99 CAD on a one-year term, or for $99.99 CAD outright. Doro PhoneEasy 612 is stylish and solid clamshell aimed at seniors.

The phone sports a decent 2.4-inch standard display and packs a sub-par 2-megapixel rear photo snapper that doesn’t come with any additional features.

According to Rogers, the phone features “raised edges, soft touch coating and widely spaced, concave key,” which are meant to provide an easier way to type.

Obviously, other specific features such as an emergency call key that can be set to call and text certain numbers, as well as adjustable text size.
