Rogers is the second Canadian carrier announcing that the long-awaited Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy Note has been delayed until May.

TELUS made a similar announcement last week, but did not offer additional details on the exact release date. Today, Rogers has confirmed that the Jelly Bean upgrade for Galaxy Note is now expected to go live next month.

In the same piece of news, Rogers also states that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for LG Optimus 3D will be available in late April. Rogers Motorola RAZR is also slated for a Jelly Bean upgrade in late April.

Keep in mind that these release dates are estimates and subject to change. This means that even though Rogers has announced that the Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Note will arrive in May, the carrier may further delay its availability.
