Last month, BlackBerry announced that it would bring the next BlackBerry 10.2 update to its Z10, Q10 and Q5 devices sometime in mid-October.

Well, it appears that at least one network operator has confirmed that the highly anticipated BlackBerry 10.2 update will arrive this month.

As CrackBerry points out, Canadian carrier Rogers has included the BlackBerry Z10, Q10 and Q5 on its OS upgrades list. According to this list, the Z10, Q10 and Q5 smartphones will receive the BlackBerry 10.2 update in “late October.”

However, keep in mind that these tentative release dates are subject to change, so Rogers may postpone any of these updates. Stay tuned for more info on the matter.

In the same piece of news, BlackBerry Z30, the only smartphone that ships with 10.2 OS out of the box, is expected to arrive in Canada at all major carriers, though we're still waiting for more details.
