Canadian carrier Rogers has just updated its OS upgrades list and added the Motorola RAZR HD.

There are only 4 smartphones that are expected to receive the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update by the end of the year, and, surprisingly, the RAZR HD is among them.

According to Rogers, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will arrive on Motorola RAZR HD in late December.

Even though the carrier does not offer an exact release date for the upgrade, we expect more details on the upcoming update in the following weeks.

Samsung Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II LTE are also expected to receive their promised Jelly Bean updates in late December, while the Galaxy S III is set to receive the hotly-anticipated upgrade in late November. Stay tuned for more info on the subject.
