The Grand Theft Auto franchise is one of the most popular series of video games out there, having gained a big fan base thanks to its intuitive gameplay, stunning stories and the fact that it always pushed the envelope in terms of both controversy and quality of its final experience.
The latest full-fledged iteration,
Grand Theft Auto IV, has gained critical acclaim and is still one of the most popular games for a lot of people. Xbox 360 users are even more hooked on the game released by
Rockstar as they have received the first of two downloadable content episodes promised by Rockstar for their beloved platform.
Entitled The Lost and Damned, the DLC
has broken all records in terms of sales, according to both Rockstar and Microsoft, and is still a best seller on the Xbox Live Marketplace. But as soon as the add-on was launched, rumors began to circulate about the second piece of DLC, which will arrive later this year.
We've heard some
pretty plausible rumors, but now, thanks to Rockstar's Twitter page, we have received an interesting tidbit of information from a recent post. “Details on 2nd episode of GTAIV downloadable content coming soon,” reads the post. Even though it is quite self explanatory, it seems that details will be given on this new episode and fans will once again be able to sleep well at night and wait for it to be launched.
But you must also take note of the “soon” in the post, as Rockstar doesn't really have a habit of rushing things and will take its time until it has something good to announce. Look forward to more details in the following days when, hopefully, the company will reveal something great.
