The development team at Harmonix is announcing that it plans to film a new trailer for Rock Band 4, which will be first shown at the E3 2015 event during the coming weekend, and that all interested gamers can be part of the process as long as they satisfy a few conditions.

The studio says that gamers need to be in Seattle between May 21 and 23, with contact details offered in the official announcement.

All those interested need to be over 21 and will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to be part of the new trailer for Rock Band 4.

Harmonix says that payment will be offered and that a number of new features associated with the music game will be shown for the first time, although those who are present will be unable to talk about them for a while.

The studio adds, "We're incredibly lucky to have such a kick ass community. The band wouldn't be the same without you, so we wanted to open this shoot up to all our fans and invite you to be a part of the process."

It's unclear how long the trailer will be and whether there are plans for it to also include actual musicians.

Rock Band 4 is designed to support the entire history of the series

Harmonix has so far offered a limited look at the concepts that will power its new music title and says that it will allow gamers to import the songs they have bought for previous installments.

At the same time, the studio is also supporting instruments, which will make it easier for long-term fans to get started once more.

According to the team, Rock Band 4 will focus on the experience and the emotion that music can create, with a selection of songs that will encourage interactions between band members.

Improvisation and harmonies will be used to make sure that playing songs twice results in a new experience.

Rock Band 4 will be launched before the end of the year on the PlayStation 4 from Sony and the Xbox One from Microsoft.

The game will have to face competition from the coming Guitar Hero Live, which is being created by FreeStyleGames and published by Activision.
