As announced a while back, Robin Roberts has returned to ABC’s Good Morning America. It was a very touching reunion, with many fans and friends on the staff coming out to welcome her back on the team.

Check out the video below for a preview.

“Hi, it's Robin and I've been waiting 174 days to say this, ‘Good Morning America!’,” she said.

“Faith, family and friends have brought me to this moment. I share this day of celebration with everyone,” the 52-year-old co-anchor said, not forgetting to thank her doctors and her supporters for getting her through her latest health scare.

In June last year, Robin announced that she’d been diagnosed with MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome) and would have to undergo treatment that would require her to step off GMA for a while.

In January this year, Robin said she was better than ever, itching to come back but was still awaiting approval from her doctors for it.
