Robert Pattinson Wants Simple Wedding in England

He may not have proposed just yet, but actor Robert Pattinson already has a very good idea of how he wants his wedding to look like. It will be a simple, intimate affair held in England, he reveals in a new interview.

Speaking with one of the British weeklies, the heartthrob revealed, perhaps drawing a parallel between the upcoming wedding scene in “Breaking Dawn Part 1” and his real life, that he would never make a huge fuss of the day he says his “I Do.”

Instead of going for the now-typical celebrity wedding, Robert would like to keep the ceremony very simple and intimate, he says, as cited by Female First.

“I imagine it to be pretty simple. It’s not exactly my style to fly in 500 different celebrities from around the world,” the actor says.

He would never want people he didn’t know present for such a special occasion – and he doesn’t have too many friends, either.

“My best friends now are the same best friends I had before everything got a little crazy. I would want it to just be family and close friends, not somebody I’ve said hello to once at an awards ceremony,” Pattinson explains.

As for the location, he’s got that covered as well. Robert Pattinson wants to get married in England and not the US, when the time comes.

“The weather in LA is great, but if I were to get married, I think I would like to do so back home,” he underlines.

Believe it or not, but Robert has also been thinking a lot about the future these days, including the family he’d have after the wedding.

“I’m not interested in casual relationships, I need to know people, I’m not making an existential statement here, simply, I want a family with two or three kids,” he says in the same interview.

As fans must know, Robert and his “Twilight” co-star Kristen Stewart are now in a relationship. If she turns out to be “the one,” she will undoubtedly appreciate his need for privacy, since she’s just as private a star as he is.
