Unlike his most recent reported love interest Paris Hilton, “Twilight” hottie Robert Pattinson would never get behind the wheel of a car after a long night of partying with friends. In fact, if he drinks too much, which has been the case twice in recent weeks, Robert himself insists that he be taken home by friends who have not tasted alcohol, Celebuzz informs.

Sources for the aforementioned e-zine have spotted the 22-year-old heartthrob partying in a club the other night and were completely astonished to see that he was insisting he be taken home by a designated driver, the report says. Coming from someone who has already won the hearts of female fans all over the world and in a context in which most stars do exactly the opposite of that, this all the more commends Pattinson as a genuine role-model, it has been added.

“My dad says I can’t date until I’m 28. I’m definitely hoping to negotiate that one down. My parents brought me up to have respect and not take things for granted.” the actor shares.
