14 DAY TRIAL // One week ago, word online had it that “Twilight” heartthrob Robert Pattinson was dating Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, model and actress Riley Keough. A new report cited by Hollywood Life is now saying that he is, in fact, still very much obsessed with Kristen Stewart.
Insiders close to the British actor tell OK! Magazine that he’s pining away for his leading lady, Kristen, even though he was the one who broke up with her.
“The actor has been reportedly ‘desperately missing’ Kristen. There are times that he wants to text her but then he’ll stop himself. But on June 27, Rob picked up the phone and called Kristen! They spoke for 42 minutes and it was a ‘tearful’ conversation!” Hollywood Life reports.
One friend believes that Robert can’t forget Kristen because he’s “obsessed” with her.
“He seems obsessed with her. He thinks about Kristen all the time. Sometimes he starts to send a text, then changes his mind. It seems Rob can’t let Kristen go,” the insider explains.
The report goes on to say that Robert had actually spoken with Kristen to meet before she was to fly to Paris for Fashion Week but then, he and Riley were photographed together and everyone assumed they were an item.
Kristen too jumped to the same conclusion, the e-zine says, even though Rob and Riley are “just good friends.” So she left for Paris in a hurry, refusing to stick to the appointment.
“The source went on to say that even though Kristen cheated on Rob, he feels ‘guilty’ for dumping her,” Hollywood Life adds.
Robert and Kristen presumably started dating while working on the first installment of the now-defunct “Twilight” franchise. They refused to acknowledge the romance until years later and, coincidence or not, broke up after it was over.
One year ago, Kristen was photographed kissing a married man, who directed her in “Snow White and the Huntsman,” while presumably still with Pattinson.
