Robert Pattinson Is Engaged, Report Says

Even if reports were saying, just a few days ago, that “Twilight” Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were very much together and in love, it seems that the British actor is not dating his co-star. Still, he is not single either, a post on Allie Is Wired says, as he’s engaged to be married to a woman whose identity has not been disclosed.

A “snitch” talked to Allie Is Wired and revealed that Pattinson was actually in a very serious relationship with an unnamed woman who did not seem to belong in the spotlight. Even more, the two are engaged to be married, although no date has yet been set and the insider could not reveal more details on their romantic relationship. What is known, though, almost with certainty is that Pattinson is not dating Stewart, who, despite reports to the contrary, is still together with her boyfriend Michael Angarano.

“We’ve heard from a snitch that Robert Pattinson is engaged! And before all of you ‘Twilight’ Stans start with the ‘Bella & Edward 4Ever’ nonsense, they say he’s not engaged to Kristen Stewart. She is reportedly still with her boyfriend Michael Angarano. […] Anyone want to speculate on who RPattz is hooking up for some wedded vampire bliss with? Hint: It’s not any of his co-stars!” the post on the aforementioned blog reads.

For some reason or another, the original story posted on the blog was different, as it included more details on the so-called fiancée that Pattinson had worked so hard to keep out of the spotlight. Apparently, they have been together for about four years – an on-and-off type of relationship – but they got closer over the past year, as Robert was having a hard time coping with the intense media scrutiny. On her birthday, he proposed to her and she said yes, the original post read, as per SocialiteLife.

Apparently, Robert Pattinson is very protective of his fiancée, having everybody he works with signing confidentiality agreements so that they don’t reveal her identity to the media. Of course, that does not explain why this particular “snitch” did it just now, or why none of her “friends” have, as SocialiteLife also points out. What this means is that it could very well be that the “snitch” is simply shooting in the dark, as they say, making speculations and spreading them to the media.
