Jimmy Fallon has long acquired quite a following specifically for his “Robert Pattinson Is Botheredsketches, where he puts on makeup, gets his hair done, climbs up a tree and starts imitating the British actor on the many things that… well, bother him. The latest episode in the “Bothered” series sees a parody of the world’s hottest vampire at the moment raving against Apple’s iPad.

“Hi, I’m Robert Pattinson and, when things bother me, I climb up in my little tree and I think about things that bother me. Even when it rains, I get up here,” Pattinson begins by saying. Indeed, it’s raining but he’s so bothered by Apple’s latest product, the iPad, that he simply can’t keep quiet anymore. Then again, his hair and his makeup are in place, looking impeccable as usual, so perhaps this is all that matters the most.

Technology and gadgets bother him, he goes on to say. Still, what bothers him the most is the iPad, which looks like “half a laptop” and for which he’s supposed to pay $1,000. Pattinson then goes on to detail each function the device makes available, from reading books to playing games – and rubbishes each and every one of them. Apple’s iPad is, in fact, so useless, that not even his blowup doll who “plays” his girlfriend would have it as a present.

Last time Fallon did the “Rob is bothered” thing was with Pattinson himself on set – up in the tree, for more precision, as we also reported at the time. As Fallon got into character and was beginning to say how the month of March was extremely bothering for him, a voice from behind alerted him that he was not alone. It was Robert Pattinson himself, come to tell Fallon that “I don’t talk like that.” By the end of the sketch, though, Fallon got Pattinson to admit that he was bothered, in what was yet another hysterical sketch.

The latest too ends on a high note, with Fallon / Pattinson looking straight into the camera and confirming that he and the blowup doll are “actually dating, it’s official,” in what could very well be a jab at the countless stories on Pattison and supposed girlfriend Kirsten Stewart. Below is the full video. Enjoy.
