14 DAY TRIAL // The biggest movie event of the fall is nearly upon us. Over the weekend, Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene traveled to Paris for the premiere of “Breaking Dawn Part 1” - and wowed fans on the red carpet.
Though perhaps most Twi-hards would have expected Kristen Stewart to be by Robert's side for the premiere – especially now that she's confirmed they're dating – Ashley fit in just as nicely.
The couple even color co-ordinated for the big event, as AceShowbiz also notes. However, the event was not so much about the fashion as it was about the two doing something for the fans.
“At the event that took place at Cinema Gaumont Capucine in Paris, France, the Edward Cullen depicter, who trimmed his facial hair for the event, looked sleek in a slate gray Dolce & Gabbana suit paired with a gray patterned shirt,” the e-zine says.
He also showed off his new 'do, having outgrown the patchy haircut he was sporting at one point over the summer for a movie role, in which his character ran away from the salon right in the middle of getting a haircut.
However, Pattinson was definitely more focused on the fans that showing off his stylish suit, though he still managed to wear the hell out of it, if one is pardoned the expression.
He stopped and took countless photos with the screaming female fans, and signed autographs.
“Meanwhile, the Alice Cullen depicter looked dazzling in a blue Givenchy dress. She completed her simple but elegant look with a black necklace and a pair of stiletto sandals. She was all smiles while posing together with Pattison on the red carpet of the promotional event,” AceShowbiz further writes.
Since the two play brother and sister in the vampire film franchise, it probably made sense for Summit to send them together to Paris.
Nevertheless, fans are probably dying to see to see Kristen and Robert together on upcoming promo events. Taylor Lautner is also expected to make many appearances.
