Robert Kardashian Speaks 'from the Grave': Khloe Is Mine

The Kardashian scandal that has been brewing for the past couple of days on how Khloe wasn't biologically a Kardashian can now be put to rest. Her own father, Robert Kardashian, was very clear on the issue years ago.

In court documents filed by the late attorney years ago – and uncovered just now by TMZ – he clearly states that Khloe is his biological child.

That is to say, his last wife, Ellen, is completely off base in telling the US tabloids that Khloe was the product of an extramarital affair Kris Jenner (Robert's wife) had towards the end of the marriage.

She's equally off base making the claim that he suspected all along that Khloe wasn't his.

“Robert Kardashian swore that Khloe IS his biological daughter ... torpedoing claims by his ex-wives that Khloe was fathered by another man,” TMZ writes.

As it happens, there are documents to prove it.

“When Robert was seeking to have his 2nd marriage annulled from Jan Ashley in 1999, he submitted a declaration to the judge stating that the marriage did not work because Jan wanted to have his child... but he did not,” the e-zine reports.

“I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more,” Robert wrote.

That is to say, Robert, Kim, Kourtney AND Khloe were all his biological children. TMZ assumes he would have stated differently had he known, as Ellen claims he did, that Khloe wasn't his.

As we also noted on previous occasions, both Khloe and Kris have spoken out on the outrageous claims made by Robert's last wife, calling them either ridiculous or downright disgusting.

While Kris Jenner tried to laugh them off, Khloe took her outrage to Twitter.

“The audacity you have to mention my father’s name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low… YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are),” she wrote, as we also informed you the other day.
