A clip of an NFL player working out on the treadmill is drawing a lot of viral buzz this week.

Arizona Cardinals rookie receiver Robert Gill has filmed himself doing 25 mph (40 kph), which is probably far faster than other football players can run.

It also surpasses most humans' maximum speed on a treadmill. According to USA Today, the majority of people can only go as fast as 6 mph (9 kph) on said apparatus.

The 29-year-old player signed a contract with the Arizona team within a day of training with them. He previously played on a Canadian team and he was also on the Arena League roster.

“They say some track guys can't play football. I was an athlete who can run track. Everything I do I will myself,” he told AZ Cardinals.
