Robbie Williams to Start His Own Religion

- Dedicated to extra-terrestrials!

By: Cristi Marculescu, Entertainment Editor

Former Take That member and absolute showman of the actual music scene Robbie Williams really believes that aliens exist. And as he is a huge star he wants to start a brand new religion based on the existence of extra-terrestrial intelligent life-forms.

He hopes his bizarre alien faith will become an alternative to another spaced out religion (therefore Hollywood stars’ favorite new belief) Scientology. A brand new sci-fi religion might catch on quite rapidly: just consider Scientology and its celebrity followers (A-list stars like Tom Cruise and John Travolta).

The plan came to his mind after reading about the late L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology (that teaches that aliens created the world).

Robbie Williams told Radio 2 reporter Chris Evans: "If L. Ron Hubbard can start a cult, then so can I. I'm not going to start it right now because I'm too busy. But I want to do it. I think the cult will have to wait until next year. But it will be free and universal."

Last year the singer claimed the world would soon be invaded by little green men and was obviously laughed at: "I've been dreaming every night about UFO's. I can't wait to go to sleep at night because those dreams have been so brilliant. I think they are definitely on their way, seriously. Mark my words. From now until 2012 - watch out kids."

Add to all this mumbo-jumbo him saying a terrible earthquake that might have erased San Francisco from the face of Earth was prevented by aliens and you might figure out he is just joking and waiting to see how many people he can convince that his contact (through dreams) with aliens is for real.
