Rob Kardashian has been struggling to shift the extra weight since February this year and, the other day at a Las Vegas event, he showed off the first results of his new workout and diet routine. He’s only halfway there, though.

At the launch of his Arthur George line of socks at Neiman Marcus, Rob was looking definitely slimmer and healthier, as Us Magazine can confirm.

However, he told the mag, his journey was just begun and he didn’t expect it to come to an end sooner than half a year from now.

“I still have to lose like 40 to 50 pounds believe it or not. Six months I should be there,” Rob said.

This March, shortly after he started working out with rapper friend The Game, Rob revealed that he weighed 235 pounds (106.5 kg).

At the Vegas event, he said he’d also turned for help to his brother-in-law Lamar Odom, who is married to Khloe.

“That got [to be] too much… we do that, but I'm kind of doing my own thing with Lamar [Odom]'s trainer. He's on salary since he was 19 years old, so he works for us. I've been spending time with him,” Rob explained.

“I'm not really drinking out here in Vegas – I've been here since Wednesday and I leave Monday – that's way too long. But I'm trying to get in a healthy direction,” Kardashian said for the mag, explaining how he’d also cut on his alcohol intake a lot.

Earlier this year, Rob got into an altercation with a female paparazzo who sneaked into the garage of the gym he was going to and snapped a photo of him shirtless as he was changing to leave.

He went after her and took her memory card from the camera, later telling a judge that the pap had no right to be there. Voices online said he was afraid she might ruin his big weight loss reveal by selling the photos.
