Rihanna and Chris Brown, Sitting in a... Pool?

Well, what do you know. It looks like there's a new hot power couple in the R&B industry, and the so-called secret surrounding their relationship is no longer a secret anymore. Not that any of us took the trouble to actually believe the "we're just friends, we're not dating" story, but still - it's nice to see people come clean about their relationships, right? I'm talking about that hot beauty Rihanna and her on again / off again / finally revealed boyfriend Chris Brown. There has been a lot of speculation concerning these two over the past months, and now for the first time there's a photo of the elusive lovers frolicking around in a pool in Jamaica that doesn't need any more comments - or at least that's what it looks like now.

The couple reportedly arrived in Jamaica from Barbados, Rihanna's native country, where she performed at the Smile Jamaica Africa Unite Bob Marley celebration. They were seen lounging around the pool of the exclusive Hilton Kingston hotel, and left no doubts about the fact that they are a couple. "They were smooching in the pool and were really lovely dovey. They were playfully making out and he was kissing her on the neck", a source reports for PageSix. "They were floating together with him carrying her and she kept saying, 'Don't get my hair wet.' She was very soft and feminine but he was a big kid and splashing around", the source adds.

It's interesting to note that not everybody is crazy about their relationship. Chris' fans are apparently annoyed at the fact that their favorite singer went on record to say that he would never date a girl from the music industry, then turned right around and jumped into RiRi's waiting arms. Others still seem to think that Rihanna is simply using Chris as a fall-back guy to pass the time until the real Mr. Perfect comes along. And no, I won't be bringing up the whole "Jay-Z cheating on Beyonce with Rihanna" conspiracy theory any time soon, as it would take a whole day to clear out. Although I'm a bit skeptical myself, I can't help thinking that publicity stunt or no, they look good together. What do you think, is it going to last between these two?
