Rihanna and Chris Brown Are At It Again!

It seems that the whole world has come to terms with the fact that Rihanna and Chris Brown are dating - except, of course, Rihanna and Chris themselves. The couple rumored couple have been going to great lengths in order to prevent their relationship from leaking to the media, but so far they have been doing a bad job of it. The two singers both attended the Kid's Choice Awards, and in an interview with MTV denied being involved. Someone should have told these two that if you make a statement, this doesn't automatically mean that what you say is true - all the more so in the case of celebrities and their occasionally weird match-making habits. However, Rihanna and Brown are really intent on showing the world they're not together.

"We are best friends, honestly, like brother and sister," Rihanna stated to MTV. "We both started our careers around the same time. He is one of the only people in the industry � I trust and hang out with all the time. If he was a boyfriend, I would say that," the singer added. Well, if hanging out is the word, Rihanna and Chris sure have been at it a lot over the past months. Chris joined his lady in Barbados for her birthday celebrations, after which the pair flew to Jamaica and enjoyed a private holiday together at an exclusive local hotel. They were photographed frolicking around in the pool together and multiple witnesses saw them smooching - but then again, maybe that's what brothers and sisters do according to Rihanna.

"They keep asking me, 'What's the deal?' I'm like, 'There's no deal. No deal.' We're just friends," Chris Brown stated at the same event - although, of course, he was sure to let everyone see he was interviewed separately. He also revealed that his principle in life for now is "be yourself, and see as many girls as possible!" It looks like there's a little cover-up going on here, and we can only speculate as to the reasons. It may very well be that Rihanna is following in her mentor Jay-Z's footsteps and keeping her personal life under tight wraps, just like the rapper and his famous girlfriend / rumored wife Beyonce have been doing in a long time. Or maybe they just like to keep themselves to themselves. Trouble is, so far it hasn't been working.
