Not friends anymore: Katy Perry will try to humiliate Taylor Swift at the EMAs 2014, on November 9

On Taylor Swift’s upcoming album, fans will find the song called “Bad Blood,” which was inspired by her terrible experience with a former girlfriend who backstabbed her and tried to sabotage her tour. Taylor never said who this former friend could be, but the Internet has already agreed that it must be Katy Perry.

Well, according to a new report in Heat magazine, Katy is plotting to get back at Taylor for writing a song about her and telling the media about it. She will humiliate Taylor publicly at the next big awards show and she has listed Rihanna’s help for it.

It will all go down at the 2014 European Music Awards

Insiders reveal for the tab that Katy is determined to get even with Taylor for the negative media attention she’s been getting since Taylor talked to Rolling Stone magazine about “Bad Blood,” and everyone realized it was about their feud.

Katy talked to Rihanna about it and they came up with an idea of how to mock Taylor and make her feel bad for writing the song and blowing the lid off their feud: at the upcoming EMAs, on November 9, when Taylor will perform, the two will try to ruin the show by acting like spoiled brats, pretty much.

“They’ve even said they’re just going to talk all the way through her performance and make fun of her dance moves, like Rihanna did to Ariana Grande at the iHeartRadio Awards,” an insider reveals for the tab.

They might even take it farther than that, if Taylor tries to mend broken bridges or keep up appearances. “And if [Swift] does try to speak to them and pretend things are OK, they’ll walk in the opposite direction, ruining any plans [Swift] might have to make it look like it’s all fine,” the source adds.

What started this?

There was a time when Taylor and Katy were close and people actually used to refer to them as BFFs (best friends for life). Then, last year, smack in the middle of Taylor’s tour, Katy bought off some of her dancers so she was left in a very awkward position.

At least 3 dancers, Leah Adler, Scott Myrick, and Lockhart Brownlie, left to work for Katy, and Taylor is said to have been very upset by their decision because she considered them more than backup dancers: she thought of them as friends and never imagined they would betray her like this.

In the aforementioned Rolling Stone interview, Taylor describes Katy and the dancers’ betrayal as “horrible,” saying it was “sabotage.” In that same piece, she vouches she considers the former friend (that is, Katy) a “straight-up enemy” and says that she would never try to feign politeness in her company: if Katy walked up to her to say “hi,” she would turn away and leave.

If Rihanna and Katy are hoping on embarrassing Taylor at the EMAs when she comes over to exchange pleasantries, as noted above, they need a better plan.
