They’ve been dating for close to a year now and their secret was perhaps one of the worst kept in the history of showbiz, word of their affair getting out weeks before they got around to confirm anything. Things seem to not have changed as regards their wedding plans either, several British media outlets reporting that Chris Brown and Rihanna are engaged with plans to marry soon.

The 20-year-old songstress and her slightly younger boyfriend were in London the other day, performing together at O2. After the show, the Sun reports, Chris popped the big question to the “Umbrella” and “Disturbia” star, and she said yes. The moment she did so, spies are telling the tab, the two already started making plans for their wedding.

No matter how out of the blue this might sound, the Sun also has photos of Rihanna rocking what seems to be an engagement ring – and she does so on the right finger nonetheless. “Rihanna, 20, showed off the bling after performing with her fella at the O2 in London. Despite the cold, she wore fingerless gloves and held her hand to her chest so people could clock the rock.” writes the tab next to a picture of the singer wearing the rock.

Moreover, the Sun also got to speak with someone close to the couple who confirmed, more or less, the entire engagement story. “Rihanna was wearing the biggest diamond you can imagine.” the spy added.  

First reports of Rihanna and Chris dating broke out at the beginning of 2008, when they were pictured kissing in a pool, while on vacation. In April, she was spotted coming out of a tattoo parlor with a new “acquisition,” which was thought to match something that Brown also got. Since then, their relationship has constantly been in the spotlight, with paparazzi hounding them all over the place and tabloids running unbelievable stories every other week. However, the two continue to keep a low profile so whether this latest rumor is accurate or not, stay tuned here to find out.
