14 DAY TRIAL // Rihanna loves tattoos, there's no denying that. The other day, the singer dropped by Mark Mahoney's parlor to get even more ink done – and ended up with two new pieces, one of which is a tribute to late rapper Tupac Shakur.
Since there's hardly anything she does that she doesn't document on her Twitter page, RiRi started tweeting about the visit even before she had all the work done.
Thus, her fans and followers learned that, while there, she met actor Danny Trejo, most commonly referred to as Machete after playing the iconic character in two of Robert Rodriguez's films.
They also found out that she had two brand new tattoos done – and they got photographic evidence of it.
One is spread across Rihanna's knuckles and is a direct tribute to late rapper 2Pac – in pink, no less. Rihanna has now “Thug Life” inked permanently on her fingers, as the photo attached to this article will also confirm.
“♫ All these [expletive]-s screaming that 2pac back ♫ #THUGLIFE,” Rihanna writes in a tweet accompanying the photo that sees her with fists clenched, posing hard for the camera.
However, that's not the only tattoo she got while there. Another photo she uploaded shows her on her belly, while Mahoney is bent over her back, presumably on a new piece either on her lower back or on her backside.
Rihanna doesn't say what this could be about, but she tweets that, “Tat my [expletive]-ing name on u girl so I know its real!!! #MINE.”
“I #LOVE my new tattoo!!! Can't wait for yall to see it!!! I got it in 'Tibetan' this time!!! #approved,” she adds.
As for those saying she's not “thug” enough to get 2Pac's Thug Life tattoo, Rihanna has only one thing to say: she doesn't care what haters have to say.
“Err'body has an opinion, but yall know what yall can do with them!!! #THUGLIFE,” she writes.
“I'm thinking I shoulda got a tear drop instead!!! #THUGLIFE maybe next time,” she adds.
