Rihanna has a new track out, backed up by Doritos and that will be released as a bonus track on her “Loud” album. “Who’s That Chick?” also gets the video treatment – like few other videos before.

Instead of making just one video for the track, Rihanna shot two different clips that play side by side in just one official video.

As AceShowbiz notes, the two videos are considered the “day” and “night” versions of the same clip – and both show the exact same scenes of Rihanna, the only difference being the singer’s hair, makeup and clothes.

The idea is the same: Rihanna is having fun, dancing with her friends and playing dress-up. In the day version, everything is very colorful, while the night version is more somber.

“Rihanna’s ‘Who's That Chick?,’ a David Guetta collaboration recorded for Doritos, has two music videos [that] have been made into one clip and available for viewing pleasure,” AceShowbiz writes.

“One called a day version features her wearing colorful dress, and the other dubbed a night version sees her applying darker make-up and outfit. Both have the same party vibes with her romping around a room with several companions,” the e-zine notes.

Speaking about “Who’s That Chick?,” Rihanna wanted to underline from the start that it was not connected to the “Loud” album – and, most importantly, that Doritos wasn’t.

“I’m really excited about ‘Who’s That Chick?’ and wanted to find a fresh and unique way to share it with my fans,” the singer said about the new song a short while back.

“When I saw how cool the augmented reality performance Doritos created was, I knew this was it. This was the way I wanted to make ‘Who’s That Chick?’ available to the world, and I can’t wait to see how my fans get engaged in this innovative experience,” she also said.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly just recently, Rihanna again stressed that, if fans believe “Who’s That Chick?” underwhelms, this is precisely why it is not a track included on the album.

In other words, it’s too generic, as Rihanna once described most releases from today’s pop artists, including best friend Katy Perry.

“Yeah, I know. And that’s why it’s a bonus track and not on Loud. It’s a great song but it’s safe. It’s like a lot of other songs out there,” she says.
