14 DAY TRIAL // The tabloids had a field day when Chris Brown ceremoniously announced that he and girlfriend Karrueche Tran were no longer together on social media. It was rumored that Karrueche went into a fit when Brown “liked” some photos on Rihanna's social media feeds which included the two of them.
For Karrueche as well as for the media, this meant that Brown, fresh out of jail, was thinking about reconnecting with Rihanna after their mediated relationship that ended when he used her as a punching bag one night.
But Brown seemed to soon be over his moment of insanity and reminiscence, and decided to go back to Tran (it's still not really clear who dumped whom). This is the scene at the moment and that is why reconciliation rumors began flying when Rihanna and Drake were spotted in the same club together in New York last night, according to Entertainmentwise.
Drake and Rihanna became hot and heavy in the beginning of the year, and insiders reported that they were both very much in love and that big things were about to happen. Except big things did not happen, except if you take into consideration the fact that their romance fizzled out and eventually died.
Rihanna showed up at the club in a head-turning, body-hugging pink ensemble, which was sure to get Drake's attention and also show him what he was missing.
Of course, that scenario of Rihanna and Drake getting back together only works if you don't take into consideration the rumors that at the moment the Bajan singer is head over heels with Eminem, with whom she's started touring.
If we're to believe the latest reports, Rihanna has begun to see Eminem as a more mature figure, who doesn't come with a lot of drama attached, and this is something she's been craving for in her life. Eminem has also been providing her with some sound dating advice, but none of it seems to have rubbed on her for the time being, because she keeps doing the same thing over and over.
Just to add even more confusion to the mix, Chris Brown was spotted backstage at the Monster Tour in Los Angeles last week, hinting that he was keen to start things up with RiRi again. So far, nothing has come out of their little rendez-vous.
The only conclusion to be drawn at the moment is that Rihanna really needs to extend her dating circles, so that she doesn't gravitate around the same two or three men she keeps exchanging like her favorite sweaters.
