Every parent knows that Mother Nature should play an important role in their children's lives, and it's good for them to learn about nature, explore it and involve in different activities and adventures outdoors. But one wealthy Chinese mom took the idea to a whole new level by renting an entire mountain for her daughter.

Rich businessman's wife Gan Lin reserved a whole mountain just so her 9-year-old daughter Yin Gan can learn more about nature and enjoy pleasant activities outdoors.

The 33-year-old woman, who used to work as a teacher, recently discovered her daughter knew very little about nature, so she thought it would be appropriate to allow her to learn more by exploring an entire mountain.

According to Oddity Central, Mrs. Lin paid a local council to lease a mountain and a farm with 1.3 hectares of land located nearby. Now, she is sure her daughter will be able to learn more about plants, animals, trees, vegetables and anything related to nature.

The extremely rich woman, who lives with her family in China’s Chongqing municipality, says it’s best to teach kids about nature in a natural setting rather than the classroom.

“I just think this is the best and easiest way to get my nine-year-old daughter in touch with nature. It is safe, it is clean and it is beautiful. If I can afford to rent a mountain, why not?” she says.

Yin Gan, the daughter, attends fourth grade at a primary school in the city, so she didn't have many occasions to go to the countryside and discover the beauty of nature, but now her mother took care of the problem by spending some of her husband’s money.

Apparently, the woman spends around $5,000 (€3,600) a month for her daughter and her friends to enjoy exclusive access to the mountain and the farm, where they spend their time helping look after fruit trees and vegetables.

The farmer was allowed to stay on the land for free during the learning process, but he has to help the children with their activities and teach them new things about nature.

So, every day after school, her daughter Yin goes to the mountain with her friends and classmates where they play on the grassland and study plants and animals.

What do you think? It's really worth spending so much money for this cause? Leave your opinion in the comment section below.
