Resident Evil Survivor 2: Code Veronica Cheats and Unlockables (PS2)

Resident Evil: Survivor 2 “Code: Veronica” ('Gun Survivor 2: Biohazard Code: Verionica' in Japan) is a light gun game by Capcom developed in conjunction with Namco exclusive to PAL regions and Japan. The game features characters and stages taken directly from Resident Evil Code: Veronica, although the game has no bearing on the Resident Evil plot. The game also features the return of the Nemesis, who appears on the map to chase the player if time is running out, serving as an arcade mechanism to prevent players from staying on the machine too long. Claire Redfield is continuing to look for her brother after the Raccoon City incident and she was tipped by an unknown source about an Umbrella facility in Paris. When she tried to infiltrate the facility, she was caught, after which she was taken to the Umbrella prison in Rockfort Island. She meets up with another prisoner, Steve Burnside, and plans to escape while an outbreak of the T-virus is released onto the island.

Challenge the stage you want (for arcade mode)
Stage selection can be unlocked when total playing time increases. The n-th stage can be selected when total playing hour = n+1.

E.g. You can choose just to complete stage 4 when total playing hour exceeds 5 hours. Then you can enter the stage selection by pushing "select" button at the character select screen in arcade mode

Number of Continue increases in Arcade mode
Number of Continue possible increases when accumulated playing time in arcade mode increases.

Number of Continue possible = 12 Total playing time exceeds 4 hours

Number of Continue possible = 6 Total playing time exceeds 2 hours

Unlimited number of Continue possible - Total playing time exceeds 12 hours

Other unlockables
Unlock Panzerfaust EX. for VS. Roach Mode - Beat all 5 Vs. Roach Mode lessons.

Unlock Chris Redfield in Dungeon Mode - Beat the 6th Inferno Level Mission to get Chris Redfield with Infinite Ammo for the Linear Launcher.

Unlock Rodrigo in Dungeon mode - Complete all dungeon scenarios including Inferno mission 7, then you will get Rodrigo who's only armed with a knife.

Unlock Secret Report - Get all the messages distributed throughout the levels. It will appear on the title screen.

Unlock VS. Roach Mode - Simply beat the first Scenario in Dungeon Mode.
